We converted an existing garage to a living room, powder room, laundry room, and mudroom for the whole family to enjoy. Key features include tall wainscoting, a ten-foot Marvin sliding door, and a new propane fireplace. To create the pass-through to the dining room, we rerouted the existing chimney pipes and cut a doorway through the masonry chimney.
