We transformed this home’s existing garage into a living space that includes a large guest bedroom and bath, and a new mudroom with walk-in closet. An eye-catching feature of the bathroom is the backlit, recycled-glass counter-top. Outside, we replaced the two-car garage with a three-car garage addition and a new driveway. A couple years later, we added the deck, patio, and firepit to the back yard. This outdoor living space features Ipe decking with a cedar post and beam gazebo, custom fabricated aluminum cable railing. A new Marvin door offers access to the deck, and we added a kitchen window overlooking the space.
